Haifa Fans Official Forums Tules :


Please read them carefully before posting in this forum, it's highly recommended to read them, not reading the rules can't be an excuse to get off a warning. The rules must be followed by all members.


Please take your time to read this carefully.

1. GENERAL RULES :

A. Before anything , this fanclub for Haifa Wehbe so it is not allowed to say anything hurt her .

B. Dealing with the members is based on respect between them. Except that is not allowed .

C. Don't say or do anything may cause problem between the members .

D. You have the ability to choose your username. (We advise that you keep the name appropriate).

E. For your protection don't give your password to another person, you can't register with more than one username, as doing so will make you get a chance to be banned.

F. Please read carefully the sections' descriptions so as to make sure that you're posting your topic in the right place.

G. Don’t duplicate your threads, or post the same material (multiple posts are deleted).

H. Political and Religious discussions are Totally NOT allowed (Any political or religious thread will be deleted).

I. Do not post any crude, rude, abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, threatening, or sexually-oriented material (Admins and moderators are the final judge).

J. Do not post about what some people who don't have anything in this life except of trying to hurt Haifa by saying or doing .

K. It's not allowed to upload any single song or album for Haifa so as to reserve her copying and publishing rights.

2. RUMORS :

Please don't post news or article without a reliable source, any rumors or wrong news threads/posts will be deleted immediately.

3. SPAMMING/ADVERTISING :

You may not post to advertise about your paid service site, a referral link, or a site that requires registration to allow full access, However, You may post your personal site, or your home page.

4. ILLEGAL MATERIALS :

Warez, cracks, serial numbers, full programs, games, movie pirating, and any copyrighted material, are illegal and you are not allowed to post/discuss anything related to them.

If any member violated one of the rules above, he/she will be warned, if the member repeated the violation(s) again, he/she will be banned from accessing and posting in forums. (according to the management's opinion).

GENERAL GUIDELINES :

1. LANGUAGE :

Please use English as the primary discussion language, as it's an international language, and easy to understand for most of the foreign members; although it's also allowed to use any other languages and it's up to the members' choice.

Please make sure to use the same language for the thread and its content.

2. Help us, and report !

See something that should not be posted? If it’s against the rules, is rude, or looks like it may be starting a flame war, Click on "Report bad post" link or PM a moderator, and then the moderator will solve the issue.

* Remember that the forums staff is working hard to keep this place running well, and it's a time consuming job, so it's NOT necessary to receive a prior notifications of any admin/moderator action (i.e. closing/editing/deleting a post or thread).

Each member has the right to add his own signature following these guidelines:

Maximum allowed size for all members signatures is 400 x 150 pixels or 65.0 KB (whichever is smaller) including images, phrases, titles, and userbars.

Please note: Linking to other sites, paid sites, advertising, or any such kind of sites require registration to have its full service are totally not allowed.

2. Users's Avatars :

Each member has the right to upload his own avatar with following these guidelines:

Maximum allowed size for avatars is 100x100 pixels or 50.0 KB (whichever is smaller).

قوانين وقواعد منتديات هيفاء وهبي الرسميّة

نرجو قراءة هذه القواعد بعناية قبل المشاركة في هذا المنتدى , حيث أن عدم قراءة هذه القواعد لا تعتبر مبرر أو عذر للاستثناء من العقاب.

برجاء أخد دقيقة للإطلاع على هذه القواعد

أ- قواعد عامة

أ. قبل كل شي ، إن هذا النادي للفنانة هيفاء وهبي ولذلك تمنع الإساءة لها بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر.

ب. التعامل بين الأعضاء يكون على أساس الاحترام المتبادل ، وأي عضو يسيء إلى أحد الأعضاء أو الإداريين يعرض نفسه للعقوبة.

ج. يمنع إثارة مواضيع قد تثير أو تؤدي إلى الفتنة والمشاكل بين الأعضاء.

د. لديك كل الحرية في اختيار اسم العضوية الخاصة بك . (ننصح باستخدام اسم مناسب قدر الإمكان)

هـ . لحمايتك , نرجو عدم إعطاء كلمة السر الخاصة بك لأي شخص آخر , ولا يمكنك أيضاً الحصول على أكثر من عضوية في المنتدى , حيث أن ذلك يعرضك للطرد.

و. نرجو قراءة وصف أقسام المنتدى قبل المشاركة لضمان أن تكتب موضوعك فى المكان الصحيح.

ز. لا تكرر نفس الموضوع أو ترسل موضوع بنفس محتوى موضوع آخر تم طرحه مسبقاً.

ح. المواضيع السياسية والدينية ممنوعة تماماً , وأي موضوع ديني أو سياسي سوف يتم حذفه فوراً.

ط. لا ترسل موضوع بمحتوى غير لائق أو عدواني أو جنسي (والإدارة هي الحكم في ذلك)

ي. نرجو عدم فتح مواضيع تتعلق بأقوال أو أفعال بعض المعادين والحاقدين أو الحاسدين للفنانة هيفاء وهبي.

ك. غير مسموح رفع أو تحميل أي أغنية من ألبومات الفنانة هيفاء وهبي وذلك لدعم ألبوماتها وحماية حقوقها الملكية , برجاء مراجعة حقوق الملكية هنا.

ب- الإشاعات

لا ترسل أي موضوع أو خبر بدون مصدر موثوق منه , وأي موضوع يحتوي على أخبار بلا مصدر سوف يتم حذفه فوراً.

ج- الرسائل الدعائية

لايمكنك الإعلان عن أي موقع يقدم خدمات بمقابل مادي، أو أي موقع يتطلب التسجيل للحصول على خدماته كاملة، أو مواقع ذات التنظيم الهرمي (تعتمد على اشتراك آخرين عن طريقك).
يمكنك مشاركة موقعك الشخصي (طالما لا توجد به أي مخالفات ظاهرة للمشرفين) كموقع تقوم بعرض فيه اعمالك الخاصة كخلفيات سطح المكتب.

ح- المواد الممنوعة

البرامج المقرصنة، الكراكات، الأرقام التسلسلية للبرامج، قرصنة الأفلام، وشبكات قرين لقرين التي تتيح تشارك المواد السابقة، كلها محظور تداولها أو مناقشة ما يتعلق بها.

إذا تمت مخالفة أي من القوانين السابقة فسيتم تحذيرك مرة، وإذا تكررت المخالفة فسوف يتم إيقافك من المشاركة بصورة مؤقتة أو نهائية حسب ما يراه المشرف.

إرشادات عامة

(أ- نرجو استخدام اللغة الإنجليزية قدر المستطاع لأنها لغة عالمية وسهلة الفهم بالنسبة لمعظم الأعضاء , ولكن هذا لا يمنع أن للعضو كامل الحرية في استخدام اللغة المناسبة له. (نرجو استخدام نفس اللغة لعنوان ومحتوى الموضوع.

ب- قم بالتبليغ عن المشاكل في حالة وجود أي مشاركة مخالفة لقوانين الموقع برجاء استخدام خاصية التقرير للإبلاغ عنها , ولا تحاول أن تكون طرف في المشكلة أو المشادات الكلامية.

* تذكر أن المشرفين القائمين على هذا المنتدى هم بشر , ولذلك لا تتوقع رسالة من المشرف في كل مرة يتم فيها حذف موضوع أو مشاركة.

ملفات الأعضاء الشخصية

أ- توقيعات الأعضاء

لكل عضو الحرية في اختيار توقيعه طبقاً للإرشادات التالية :

أقصى حجم مسموح به هو 500*160 بيكسل , أو 65 كيلو بايت (أيهما أصغر) متضمن الصور والعبارات إلخ...

برجاء ملاحظة : الارتباطات إلى مواقع مدفوعة , إعلانية , وأي موقع من هذا القبيل غير مسموح به تماماً.

ب- صور الأعضاء الشخصية

لكل عضو الحرية في اختيار الصورة الشخصية طبقاً للإرشادات التالية :

أقصى حجم مسموح به هو 100*100 أو 50 كيلو بايت (أيهما أصغر)

نرجو ملاحظة أن كل الرسائل تُعبر عن وجهة نظر صاحبها ولا تعبر مطلقاً برأي الفنانة هيفاء وهبي أو إدارة الموقع. لا تتحمل إدارة الموقع أي مسؤولية أي رسالة على هذا المنتدى , ولا نضمن مصداقية أي معلومة تم نشرها بواسطة أي عضو في المنتدى.

يبقى الحق لإدارة المنتدى في تعديل , حذف , غلق أي مشاركة. وهذه القواعد تنطبق على ملفات الأعضاء الشخصية (مثل التواقيع الغير مقبولة)
